Have the lowest score at the end of the game
The Pack:
Chickenfoot is played with dominoes #1-12.
Point Values:
Double blank domino: 25 Points
All other dominoes: Face Value
The Deal:
Each player draws 9 dominoes at the beginning of the game, with each player continuing to draw until the Double is found. If a player cannot use one of their dominoes on their turn, they may draw a new domino and use immediately, if possible.
Starting the Game:
The game begins when the 12-12 is located and placed in the center. The play proceeds to the left of the player who found the 12-12. Subsequent rounds begin with the Doubles in descending order.
The Play:
Two different formations are made: the double Chickenfoot and the Chickenfoot. The double Chickenfoot is made at the beginning of each hand by playing 4 tiles diagonally, 2 on each side of the set tile. Chickenfoot are made throughout the hand by playing 3 tiles diagonally on one side of a double played during the game. Tiles played diagonally on the double tile are called “Chickentoes.” A Chickenfoot or a double Chickenfoot must have all the Chickentoes before any other plays can be made.
The double Chickenfoot must be completed before players move to normal play. If a Double is played at any time, all players must complete the Chickenfoot before normal play is resumed.
How to Win the Game:
The game ends once a player plays all the tiles in his hand or when the game ends in block because none of the players are able to make a play and there are no tiles in the Chickenyard to draw from. Players must count the dots on the tiles remaining in their hand (1 point per 1 dot) and record their score. Remember that the player caught having the 0-0 gets 25 extra points.
